So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . Happy Fucking New Year to all of you! I hope you had a good and BRUTAL New Year's and are ready for one hell of a vicious ball slapping in 2010 from the bringers of all that is bad ass - Low Twelve. Can you believe that 2010 marks twelve years of Low Twelve? This coming summer will mark that anniversary date! Talk about a good omen for this year - so hang on tight because you're in for one hell of a savage ball slapping! This report marks the first for 2010 and is packed full of heavy duty wickedness - so don't delay, read on you bastards.
You will get to check out a rough mix of the song "Bodies In My Pocket" from the upcoming Low Twelve CD "Splatter Pattern". I've been working hard behind-the-scenes getting the song ready for you to check out and I hope you dig it. I will also be working on the video soon - so read on for all the details with that project. In addition to doing that audio work, I managed to find time to bust out the January edition of the Heavycore Chopping Block Show that features "Bodies In My Pocket" plus other songs from bands playing the killer Poser Roast 24 show on January 15th. Much more on that later, plus a lineup change with the show. You'll get all that plus much more with some hot chicks in the Brutality Report XXX and one hell of a nasty Skank of the Week as we bring in the new year in our own sick and twisted sort of way.
So what could you be waiting for? If you're a poser and wondering when this is all going to stop - consider this. 2010 marks the 12th year of Low Twelve. Talk about the stars all lining up to bring forth some brutalness this year. A new lineup - a new CD, and the twelfth year of the band? It's going to be one hell of a ride - so posers allow me to take my steel-toed boot and shatter your walnut shell-sized sack into small pieces!
Now get on with it.
| LISTEN TO BODIES IN MY POCKET AND VIDEO TALK . . . |
|
| As I mentioned, I've been
working on a mix of "Bodies In My Pocket" for you all to check out, so I
can give you an idea of the pending ball slapping that is to come with
the new Low Twelve CD "Splatter Pattern" this year. Check out this
mp3 mix and feel free to send feedback (good or bad) to us at
contact@lowtwelve.com
Low Twelve - Bodies In My Pocket (mp3) As for the video we shot in October . . . as soon as I get caught up with the last minute audio work for the new "Splatter Pattern" CD, the video is next for me to get done. I'm anxious to start working on it, because we shot it two months ago, but as I mentioned in past reports - the CD getting done is priority and the only reason we rushed to shoot the video was that Henry Street Horrors in Pontiac was only going to be open until 11/1, and then we would have lost the opportunity to shoot the video there. Check out the lyrics to "Bodies In My Pocket" below. This is a song about a Marine who goes to Iraq and comes home a changed person. He has some issues dealing with the guilt of having to kill, and finds telling his story to others helps "cleanse" him of his pain. I watched a History channel special a couple years ago about a guy who was dealing with issues like this coming home from Iraq, and I thought it would make for an interesting story. Send any of your feedback to us at contact@lowtwelve.com and we just might feature your comments in a future Brutality Report! |
Bodies In My
Pocket
Music by Low Twelve, Lyrics by Pete Altieri
Now I’ve
come home, to a place that I thought I knew
Leaving behind those memories from the sand
Now I’ve come home, to people I thought I knew
Familiar faces have somehow gone askew
Things
that I’ve seen, things that I’ve done
The blood on my hands won’t ever wash away
Telling my tale seems to ease my troubled mind
Takes me to a time that I wish I could go
Pictures
tell the tale, faces frozen on a page
Victims I’ve taken from this forsaken place
A pile of the dead, rotting also in my head
A shiver up my spine for each one that I see
Staring
into hollow eyes, eternal emptiness
One pull of my trigger turned their lights out
One single shot, one single kill
One more victim to end up on my list
Chorus
Lend me
your ear as I shed this darkness from my soul
It’s a tale that most men would never know
What you hear you must keep close to your chest
Let me tell you about the bodies in my pocket
Guitar Solos (Les, Meister)
One by
one, like cards on a table
The bodies come alive in conversation
Hanging on to every word I say
They can see dark secrets locked away
I have no
regrets for doing what my country asked
I’d do it again and I’d do it for the Corps
There comes a time when good men stand up
There comes a time when good men die!
Repeat chorus

yeah - I'm talking to you!
If you think you can hang with "Big Daddy" himself . . . then try and sing along with that chorus! Now that's some speed brutality on the vocal front. Hint - it's all in the breathing. So work on that and consider it your brutal challenge for 2010. I've been singing lead vocals now for twelve years - so it does take some time. If you can do it, I just might call you up on stage at a show to sing it along with me! The key is not only to keep up with my speed, but the annunciation (that's how you pronounce the words clearly) of the words so that you can understand what you're saying. Give it a try and full volume and you'll see what I'm talking about! Once you master that - then we'll talk about doing an hour long set on a stage that is 100 degrees plus with a bass slung around your neck! Ha! Good luck my brutal disciples! You have much to learn!

| POSER ROAST 24 LINEUP CHANGE | |
| I mentioned the Poser Roast
24 show in the Brutality Report, but we've had a change in the lineup.
The band Fallen Oath had to back out due to a conflict with someone's
work schedule . . . and thankfully they got a hold of Brother Dan
quickly and we were able to find a replacement band.
A few of the guys from Slavereign Nation have formed a new band called Ephemeral Order and they'll be opening the show up and playing first in place of Fallen Oath. So I'm excited to see what these guys have to bring to the table, since they were always big Heavycore supporters while in Slavereign Nation. POSER ROAST 24 Friday January 15th Low Twelve For more details go to www.heavycore.net - this should be one hell of a show in a great venue. Support the cause and let's bring in the new year with one hell of a ball slapping! |
| DON'T FORGET ABOUT XXX! |
|
| Last year we started taking
some of the more "extreme" photos off the Brutality Report so that
others could enjoy following Low Twelve and Heavycore without having to
see that sort of stuff. So we starting doing the Brutality Report
XXX - for you more hardcore bastards (or bitches) out there. As you know, we've got lots of hot chicks on the Brutality Report XXX page. But, that's only for adults, so if that's not your thing, or you're not legal to check that sort of thing out, then don't go there. You must be 18 or older to see that sort of thing - so you've been warned. But if you are legal to see that stuff and wish to - then you can see hot chicks like Britney (pictured right) and many more, doing some nasty things. So why not check out lots of free picture and movie galleries where you can see sexy teens getting naked and performing acts that only adults can see. We do a feature each week of one of the hottest young girls on the web - offering several galleries for you to check out. Some have movies on them too, so you can see much more than still shots. We also post several more galleries - featuring girls that do nasty things. We also have an archive of past galleries, so you could wind up with a disability claim from all the jerking you're about to do! So be careful and don't hurt yourselves . . . we need you in the trenches - being brutal as ever for the underground metal movement. So that gives you an idea of what's in store . . . lots of hot teen chicks doing nasty things. Need I say more? Just one last time - remember you must be 18 or older to see such things . . . so don't go there unless you're legal. Click on the link below if you want to check out Brutality Report XXX and don't come whining to us if your cock gets sore from all the jerking - or if you're a female and that nub gets worn down. Enjoy the perversion! Happy jerkin'! |
