So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . it's been a ball slapping around here to say the least! I was down for a few days with a serious cold and fever. Thankfully I'm on the road to recovery, so you posers out there don't think you've got me down. Because I'm still here and I'm still prepared to put my size 11 steel toed boot into what's left of your sack. How's that bitch?
We've got some pics of Les coming back to practice from last Sunday. Things have been going great in that department - so check out much more on that later. Les is learning the new stuff very quickly and the older material has been no problem. Wait until you hear the sonic boom of Low Twelve with Les back in the saddle and Meister alongside slamming it into over-fucking-drive! In addition, I've got more updates on the killer new CD "Splatter Pattern" as we continue to make great strides in recording. In addition, don't forget that September 11th is this next Friday . . . so be sure to think about what happened on that day. Much more on that later on in this report. All that plus lots of hot chicks parading around naked in the Brutality Report XXX, a severely nasty skank for the Skank of the Week, and much more!
So you weak bastards out there - who feel compelled to read these brutal rants each week . . . is it starting to leave a mark? I mean really - I've been doing this for over 500 weeks now and I'm not letting up. How much longer can you stand to read about the conquests of the brutal while you still jerk off thinking about how cool you used to be when you were acting like Korn or some other gay fad band? Ha - we laugh at you now as we did when you were prancing around on stage . . . or in your bedroom wearing your Mom's make-up. Excuse me while I kick you in the face!

| SEPTEMBER 11TH - 8 YEARS LATER . . . |

| I know I'll never forget
September 11th. Some of you know that September 11, 2001 was
significant not only because of the horrible terrorist attacks, but
because that was the day that I found out my cancer was in remission!
So every 9/11 anniversary, I have some serious mixed emotions.
Part of me is happy that my cancer is gone (now 8 years) and the rest of
me is still pissed off about what the terrorist pricks did to thousands
of innocent people in New York, Washington DC, and Shanksville PA. On this anniversary of September 11th it's important to not forget what happened. As time goes by, sometimes our memory blurs and we just don't have the same feelings about something horrible. I guess in a way it's our body trying to keep us from dwelling on it - but at the same time, you need to remember that feeling you had on that day. It's something that I know I'll never forget on more than one front . . . There were so many heroes on September 11th. I've mentioned Rick Rescorla to you many times, as you know we wrote "A Hero's Last Stand" about him and how he saved 2,700 people at the WTC on 9/11/01. Please visit the memorial site for Rick and learn more about his amazing life and courage under fire. In addition, check out our "Defiance to the End" video that we recorded back in 2007. This was the first music video that I ever put together from beginning to end. The song is about the jumpers at the WTC on 9/11/01. |

BLANK TV Last week I got an email from a guy from Blank TV. Years ago I sent him the "Roasting Posers Volume I" DVD and he stumbled on it and really dug it. He added all the videos on the DVD to his site and so if you want to check it out - just type Low Twelve in the search bar and you'll see our "Lines Drawn" video. It was done back in 2002 or so, but it turned out really good. It was the first music video we ever did. | LES MAKES HIS RETURN TO BRUTALITY! |

| We have had two practices
now with Les and so far things are going great. We've got five
songs down already and were working on the instrumental song for the CD
"Fire For Effect". Les is catching on great and already Meister is
getting an education on how to put harmonies together to create tension
. . . something that I always felt Les was a master at. Les is
also trying to work with Meister on doing some solos and at the end of
"Hand of the Dying" they plan to do some cool back-and-forth guitar
solos as the song fades. It's going to be killer. Together
they've got one meaty sound! Even down in the basement at Wes'
house, it sounds kick ass. It's like a wall of nastiness! It's just great to have Les back in band! All of us are stoked to hit the stage again, and of course to complete the long anticipated "Splatter Pattern" CD. Here's the track listing (in no particular order) for the CD: Mountains of the Dead The vocals are coming along great and I'll be hitting it hard this week. After me, then Meister will come in to lay the rest of his vocals down. Then it will be Les' turn to come in and scorch some solos and harmony parts he wants to add to the mix. Wes will be also recording his final drums very soon with engineer Nathan Kurtz, and so the whole thing will fall into place nicely. We're looking to release the CD in very early 2010 right when we start hitting the stage with the force of 12 freight trains in February or March. | Last year we started taking
some of the more "extreme" photos off the Brutality Report so that
others could enjoy following Low Twelve and Heavycore without having to
see that sort of stuff. So we starting doing the Brutality Report
XXX - for you more hardcore bastards (or bitches) out there. As you know, we've got lots of hot chicks on the Brutality Report XXX page. But, that's only for adults, so if that's not your thing, or you're not legal to check that sort of thing out, then don't go there.
