So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . it's always good to gather around the computer screen with some friends and get nasty isn't it? Here we are at the 497th Brutality Report as I close in on the elusive 500th shortly. It's hard to imagine it - but on Sunday May 24th I'll be dishing out that 500th Report. Fuck yeah.
It's been a busy week here in the Low Twelve Command Center as Meister came by a couple of times to knock out his final guitar tracking! He did an awesome job and next week - I'll give you a little taste of how things are coming along with a little sample of some audio. Dan comes in this week and I'll also begin working on vocals myself. So things are shaping up nicely with the new "Splatter Pattern" CD. Much more on that later along with some pics of this week's recording sessions. In addition, you've got 60 minutes of ball shredding metal mayhem to check out as I put together the 37th Chopping Block Show with the May 2009 edition. It's very wicked with lots of brutal death metal, a little thrash thrown in for good measure, and more. So check that out - crank up your speakers and watch those neighbors flee in terror. It's funny, I was on myspace - whoring out the May show and saw some guy with "Pearl Jam's Number One Fan" as his display headline. I posted the playlist for the show with a link to check it out and put "Butch up you poser puke and listen to some real metal for a change". Ha. I guess there's still some fight in this old body yet. He he he. Aside from that stuff - we've got the usual parade of pink in the Brutality Report XXX, a nasty Skank of the Week, and of course all sorts of other debauchery that only real metal freaks can enjoy.
So you posers out there who can't hang . . . just unplug the computer and go watch Korn videos and wonder what Jonanthan Davis' ass tastes like. We'll take care of your womenfolk - don't you worry about that. Us metal heads will have every orifice crammed full and they'll forget about you real fucking quick.

As I mentioned earlier - on Sunday May 24th I'll be throwing down with the 500th Brutality Report. Hell yeah. So many have tried to duplicate the Brutality Report over the years - but were quick to find out that doing it each and every week was too much to handle. There were a couple that went a month or two, but that was about it. Of course I persevered and trudged on doing the reports for 10 years now and going strong. There was a month or so I took off a couple years back, but that was because even the brutal need a break now and then. But while on my break - hundreds of fans emailed me, asking me to please continue doing the Brutality Report. So how could I refuse? if you would like to be included in the 500th Report . . . here's what you have to do. Send me a comment about what you think about it, or why you look forward to it each week at pete@lowtwelve.com and please include your name and town/state or country if you're outside the US. I've already gotten quite a few. So don't be a lazy fuck and send one in! Another way is to send me a pic of you - reading the Brutality Report. If you're a guy - don't send me one of you jerking off or anything. That's a quick way to my shit list you fucks. Ha. Girls - as always, nudity gets you to the front of the line . . . so go on and send something in to us at contact@lowtwelve.com I never thought I would see 500 Brutality Reports . . . so this is almost surreal that it's happening this month! | SPLATTER PATTERN UPDATES |

| Meister brought his gear
over here last weekend, and on Monday he came by and we started busting
out some more songs. Yesterday he came by and completed the songs
that Wes had done on click tracks. That leaves only four songs
left for Wes to make click tracks of and give us some rough drums.
"Not Forgotten" was the biggest challenge, since there are a lot of
parts to that song, and some wicked changes and tough stuff to play.
So it was a relief to get that one completed. There were at least
3-4 songs Meister nailed on the first take - so he did awesome. Dan will be coming by tomorrow to bring his gear here to Nasty Studios, and then Tuesday we'll be starting his final guitar tracking. Since Dan has solos to do too - his tracking will likely go into next week. Meister is going to be out of town for a week, so it works out perfectly. Of course with Wes/Michelle's wedding coming up, he's got a lot on his plate, so doing all this recording right now is the best use of our time. Plus - it needs to be done anyway, so the "Splatter Pattern" progress can continue. I will also begin my final vocal tracks this week. I will also be doing bass tracking as well, so I'll keep you up-to-date on how that all goes. It's a layering process that is very time consuming, but it is a necessary way to do a recording and have it slam! I hope to have next week - an audio sample, and/or possibly a video clip of us in the studio, recording to the click track so you can see what I'm talking about. It's basically a metronome that keeps us in perfect time, so parts don't speed up or slow down . . . they're perfect. The end result will be a very tight recording. So we're pumped about it. some of the more "extreme" photos off the Brutality Report so that
others could enjoy following Low Twelve and Heavycore without having to
see that sort of stuff. So we starting doing the Brutality Report
XXX - for you more hardcore bastards (or bitches) out there. As you know, we've got lots of hot chicks on the Brutality Report XXX page.
