IN THIS WEEK'S ISSUE:
► Brutal First Show of 2009

► Sacred Oath Feature Interview

► Pscycroptic Interview

► More Hot Chicks in Brutality Report XXX This Week

So what in my brutal CD player this week?

1.  Cannibal Corpse - Evisceration Plague (fucking brutal new death metal)
2.  Kreator - Hordes of Chaos (wicked new thrash metal)
3.  Bolt Thrower - Those Once Loyal (love this CD)

So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . it's been a typical wicked week here in the mighty Low Twelve Command Center.  We had a blast last night at Show Me's for our first show of 2009 and it was a good one!  You'll see the pics from Crazy Mike with the new and studly camera.  Fuck yeah.

Aside from all that going on this week, with preparations for the big show - I managed to do a 20-minute interview with lead singer and guitarist Rob Thorne of Sacred Oath that I'll be posting this week on the Heavycore site and will use parts of it in the April edition of the Heavycore Chopping Block Show.  It turned out really good and I'll give you more info on that later on in the report.  In addition, I did an email interview with the guitar player from Psycroptic that will also be posted this week.  So needless to say, I've been busy as hell.  In addition, we've got things moving forward with the "Splatter Pattern" recording, now that we have one month before our next live show - we can concentrate on tearing it up and and completing the writing of the last song and short instrumental.

So all you pussies out there who think you're bad ass.  Well - the purpose of the Brutality Report is to show you just how wrong you are.  We're here to let you know that your women fantasize about getting tore up by real metal freaks with giant cocks.  Of course your cocks are so small, a thimble would totally cover your shit.  We knock over lamps and can hang wet towels on ours.  That's what real metal is all about you fucks.

Now get on with it.

CLOSING IN ON 500TH

Me giving the Brutality Report official salute

Can you believe it?  Here I am blasting out the 491st Brutality Report, on only three hours of sleep while the posers of this planet are still laying down, asses facing the sun and dreaming out being cornholed by Fred Durst.  Ha - you know how brutal I can get.

So do you have any comments about the Brutality Report that you'd like to send me and maybe have it included in the big 500th Report celebration?  If so, send your comments (good or bad or both) to pete@lowtwelve.com

So many people at shows tell me how much the Brutality Report is helpful to lower stress in their lives.  I think that's awesome.  One guy emailed me one time, saying that he waits until Monday to read it, since Mondays always suck - so he has something to look forward to when he gets home from work.  Hell yeah.  We even had a guy get fired from his job for reading it at work . . . so you need to watch your ass my brutal brothers and sisters!

We have had some funny emails and stories over the nearly 10 years I've been doing the Brutality Report.  So send some in of your own and maybe I'll use it in the 500th.

Here's to another 500 more . . .

PASTOR PETE?  SAY IT AINT SO . . .

I've been telling you fuckers that I was going to become an ordained minister so that I could officiate Wes (drummer, Low Twelve) and his fiance Michelle's wedding this coming May.  Well, it's official now!  Can you believe it?  I'm Pastor Pete now - check out the name tag they sent along with an official certificate, id card for my wallet, and various other things that will be necessary for me to do the wedding officially.  So - do you have a wedding where you want me to be the preacher?  Ha - I'm serious though.  I'm not doing any religious ceremonies - and based on the typical readership here, I figure that's not what you want either.  Wes and Michelle wanted me to do it because they didn't want all the religious stuff, but they knew I was good at public speaking and all that.

So if you're interested in having me officiate a wedding for you, or even to baptize your kid (that's even funnier) then contact me at pete@lowtwelve.com and we can discuss fees, etc.

So now I must spread the message of brutality to all of my congregation . . . maybe that makes this less wrong now that I'm a pastor?  Or maybe it makes it that much worse?  Who knows . . . either way it's funny.

Lots of fans came up to me last night, as I sported my name tag - to have pics taken with me and we had a blast.  So think about it . . . and if you need the preachings of brutalness - contact me.

SACRED OATH FEATURE INTERVIEW AND MORE . . .

Rob Thorne - Sacred Oath (guitars/vocals)

As many of you know, I used to play bass in Sacred Oath.  I co-founded the band in 1984 with Rob Thorne, and left them in 1988.  The band broke up after that and resurfaced in 1998 to re-record some of the old material.  I was flown out to New York to do my bass tracks at Rob's studio, and it was just what I needed to spark the bug in me to start playing again.  I had taken those ten years off - pissed off at the music scene and since I was starting a family, and in the US Army, I had a lot of my plate.  It was on the trip back to Illinois in 1998 that I decided to start Low Twelve, and I began searching for musicians to help make it happen.

Well - Sacred Oath has released three CD's in three years and this new one - a self titled release, is the first one that I had nothing to do with at all.  The other recent releases either had some of my bass playing on them, or featured songs that I had written.  But this one is completely Pete-less.  Ha.

Rob and I did this 20-minute audio interview and it's pretty cool.  The old Sacred Oath fans will love it because they'll be able to hear the two guys who started the band over 20 years ago, talking about what is going on now.  I'll post the entire interview to the Heavycore site this week, so keep your eyes open.  I'll also be playing some clips of it, along with a couple new Oath songs in the April edition of the Heavycore Chopping Block Show.  Fuck yeah.

Sacred Oath is much different than Low Twelve.  It's good old school metal with serious chops going on and high falsetto vocals.  Rob is strong - like hearing Rob Halford busting it out!  So if you dig that sort of thing, or want to check it out to see what you think . . . go to www.SacredOath.net or check them out on myspace.  They have links from their main site to the myspace, plus pics, sounds, and much more.

The new self titled Sacred Oath CD comes out in May - but check out their website for details on how you can score the whole thing on I Tunes in April.  It's a cool deal and the CD rips.

I also did an email interview with John from Psycroptic.  That's the band I mentioned last week - that I saw them play with Carcass last weekend in Mokena.  Well, Nuclear Blast got me the interview and that will also be posted on the Heavycore site.  In addition, the label is working on getting my email questions from Samael too - so those will also be posted on the Heavycore interview page.   Speaking of the Carcass show last week, those pics and my full review will also be posted this week on the Heavycore site!  I took over 200 pics and they turned out fucking awesome.

Lots going on . . . metal for fucking EVER!

LOW TWELVE DESTROYS BLOOMINGTON IN FIRST 09 SHOW

We tore Show Me's Bar & Grill a new ass last night as Low Twelve took the stage at midnight (how ironic is that) to devastate in a short 35-minute set.  We had to cut it short, in order to give Ocularis some time to finish out the night.  They set up the show and wanted to play last - so no ego trips here - we were fine with that.

The night went very well, despite worrying if Dan was going to make it in time.  He had double-booked a show with his other band, Zeroshift, on the other side of Bloomington.  So he went to Show Me's, set up his PA for us to use while he was gone . . . played the show at Coconut Louie's, then busted down his shit and make it back to Show Me's just as we were loading our gear on stage.  It was crazy - but it all worked out in the end.

First up was Vagivore - Matt Shepherd's new band.  They were very wicked - death metal all the way with some sick ass grooves too.  We dug them - it was a shame they only played a few songs and had to leave early . . . because they also were booked to play in Peoria!  So Heavycore bands showing how they can multi-task when it comes to destroying the weak and lifeless poser pukes.

The band The Third Temple played second and shocked the shit out of me!  WOW.  Those guys were kick ass and all of them were young - most I believe still in high school.  They were good and tight, and had their chops down.  They did a couple of cover songs - one was Slayer's "Reign in Blood" and Pantera's "Cowboys From Hell".  It was great and the crowd totally dug it.  I would love to do more shows with these guys - great energy and it's great to see young dudes playing real metal today.  Fuck yeah!

We played next and as I mentioned, it was a little hairy hoping everything would fall into place with Dan.  Luckily - it did.  The place was packed, and you could barely move inside as the fans got drunk and more rowdy.  We wanted to show off some of our new stuff, and despite having to cut our set short by about 15 minutes, we tore it up just the same.  We played:  Mountains of the Dead, Lines Drawn, Bodies In My Pocket, A Hero's Last Stand, Scourge, Defiance to the End, and ended the show with our fan-favorite Crawlspace.  It was a bludgeoning set and even tossed out a few tampons to get the freaks into a frenzy.  One girl got moshed hardcore into the metal railing on stage - it looked like it hurt.  There were a few metal heads being carted off and it was funny, toward the end of our set, there were ambulance lights flashing behind us from the street.  Downtown Bloomington is fucking insane on Fridays and Saturdays . . . so it's hard telling what the ambulance was there for.  For all I know, it could have been one of the fallen from our show.

It was very kick ass to see original Low Twelve drummer, Steve Chestney, in the house with both his sons - Shane and Spencer.  Shane told me he was shipping out to join the Navy in three weeks - so huge fuck yeahs to him and of course we wish him the best and thank in him advance for his service to our great country!  There were a lot of old school Twelve Heads in the crowd - so thanks to all of you who showed up.  We appreciate the support as we enter our 11th year of brutality!

Of course Ocularis went over great with the crowd and also busted out some new songs.  We dug them big time and the fans moshed like fucking crazy along with them.  It was great to see Big Mike and crew again, and we're already talking about doing some more shows together this year.  Hell yeah.

Thanks again to all who came out.  Also big thanks to Michelle for helping me out on the table, and of course Crazy Mike for all the great pics.  He's loving the new camera too - and the pics seem better than ever!  We'll see you fuckers again soon . . .

DON'T FORGET ABOUT XXX!

Last year we started taking some of the more "extreme" photos off the Brutality Report so that others could enjoy following Low Twelve and Heavycore without having to see that sort of stuff.  So we starting doing the Brutality Report XXX - for you more hardcore bastards (or bitches) out there.

As you know, we've got lots of hot chicks on the Brutality Report XXX page.  But, that's only for adults, so if that's not your thing, or you're not legal to check that sort of thing out, then don't go there.  You must be 18 or older to see that sort of thing - so you've been warned.

But if you are legal to see that stuff and wish to - then you can see hot chicks like Cassandra (pictured right) and many more, doing some nasty things.  So why not check out lots of free picture and movie galleries where you can see sexy teens getting naked and performing acts that only adults can see.

We do a feature each week of one of the hottest young girls on the web - offering several galleries for you to check out.  Some have movies on them too, so you can see much more than still shots.  We also post several more galleries - featuring girls that do nasty things.  We also have an archive of past galleries, so you could wind up with a disability claim from all the jerking you're about to do!  So be careful and don't hurt yourselves . . . we need you in the trenches - being brutal as ever for the underground metal movement.

So that gives you an idea of what's in store . . . lots of hot teen chicks doing nasty things.  Need I say more?  Just one last time - remember you must be 18 or older to see such things . . . so don't go there unless you're legal.

Click on the link below if you want to check out Brutality Report XXX and don't come whining to us if your cock gets sore from all the jerking - or if you're a female and that nub gets worn down.

Enjoy the perversion!  Happy jerkin'!
