So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . we're slaying the week with each note we play as the poser pukes fall to the wayside. Low Twelve continues to kick total ass in the new song writing as we make great strides to nearly complete the new song - "A Hero's Last Stand". Read all about it plus a heart-warming response to the song from the widow of the fallen hero we wrote about - Rick Rescorla. Much more on that later in the report.
In addition to all that going on, I've got a replay of the December Chopping Block Show for anyone who may have missed the hour of brutalness. It's wicked as hell and should not be missed! Also Wes is sporting a new hair style that you might find enjoyable, all the hot sluts a guy (or chick) can stand in this week's Brutality Report XXX, the Skank Off 2008 continues to roll on, and much more!
So what's it going to be? Will you poser sissies just pull the plug from the wall and pretend none of this ever happened? Is it possible to erase ten years of sheer wickedness from your mind? Think of this while you toil with that decision, that even if you can find a way to erase Low Twelve from your hollow mind, your woman will not. She will rub that nub when you're not around, playing a Low Twelve CD with the bass cranked way up - thinking about what a metal freak would do to her while you're not around. The rest of you metal faithful read on with relish, as I lay down the grooves for Low Twelve and spout out the propaganda like Old Faithful.

| Have I completely lost it?
Well - maybe. But I guess with all the Meisterims I've been
cranking out, I guess I wanted to pick on someone else this time
around. Wes was really tearing shit up yesterday at practice, and
since he's started growing his hair out a bit - it was sticking up and I
joked that he reminded me of Buckwheat. Of course you fuckers know
Buckwheat from his fame with the Little Rascals. Remember - with
the IQ of some of my readers, breaking shit down this far is sometimes
required. Ha. It's funny . . . . because back in 2000 after Wes just joined Low Twelve - we did a Halloween show and he sported a pretty funny afro wig. Check out the pics below! Ha - Wes probably thought I couldn't find these beauties! |

| RICK RESCORLA'S WIDOW RESPONDS TO TRIBUTE |

As you know, Low Twelve is writing a song called "A Hero's Last Stand" that will be going on the upcoming full length CD "Splatter Pattern". This song is about Rick Rescorla, who survived Vietnam as a decorated war hero and then went on to save nearly 3,000 of his fellow employees at the World Trade Center on 9/11/01. Rick died in the towers, saving the last few employees when the towers came down. He will forever be remembered as a true American hero. Please check out the official memorial site in Rick's honor - that his wife Susan helps with. www.RickRescorla.com I contacted Susan, through the web site and told her what we wanted to do and how we were writing this song about Rick. She was very quick to respond, and was very pleased we were doing it. Check out an excerpt of what she wrote back: Hi Pete, I know Rick would be honored to have you write a song about him. I feel all the tributes over the past almost eight years have kept him alive. I would love to hear the cd when it is finished. Pass the word on about a true American hero, Rick is the new hero in our new millennium. Today is a day to be proud to be an American. All the Best, Susan Rescorla I thought that was great and even made writing the song that much more meaningful to me. There is a book, "Heart of a Soldier", that was written about Rick and I plan on reading it. Susan said she would send me one, autographed - so I'm humbled greatly by that. Consider buying a copy for yourself or for a veteran in your life that might like to read it. This statue was erected at Fort Benning Georgia to symbolize true patriotism and Rick's amazing courage to the very end! For fans of "We Were Soldiers" - the actual Colonel Harold Moore, writer Joe Galloway, and many others from the Ia Drang Battle were there for the unveiling - the pics are all on Rick's site. | STUPID PRACTICE SHIT We have writing new songs for the upcoming "Splatter Pattern" CD. We're pumped as hell to get back into the studio. We will be recording 11 new songs and doing one song from our past catalog to make it a nice twelve songs on the CD! Fuck yeah. Dan and I collaborated, as I mentioned a couple Brutality Reports ago, on a new one called "A Hero's Last Stand". Well - doing the writing this new way - of recording the parts and having things more framed out at practice seems to speed it up big time. We had the first half of the song done and were actually playing it with few mistakes, and now it's to the solo section and then the end of the tune. Of course some parts repeat later, so the first half is always more labor than the second. Anyway - by the end of next practice we'll have the song completed. Then it's back to "Hand of the Dying" - which we did already begin working on as a group. Most of it was recorded at practice, so it will probably take two practice sessions to get that one completed! Then it's the title track "Splatter Pattern" and the instrumental Wes brought to the table - "Fire For Effect". So we're getting real close. The plan is to lay the drums down for the first 5-6 songs sometime in January, and then as the final songs are completed - record the last group. The rest of the recording will likely be done at Wes' place or mine - or both. Check out a few pics I took while we were fucking off on a break from writing!
