So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . we've got a jam-packed Brutality Report for you to sink your teeth into. It's been very busy around here, and with me taking last week off to tend to my nasty infection . . . I have lots to tell you about! Sorry about missing last weekend, but as you will soon learn, it was a well-deserved break my brutal friends.
We've been busting ass here in Low Twelve, as we continue to rehearse the set for the big show on Saturday August 2nd at Paulie's. We're pumped to show off the new lineup to the metal world and to start playing live shows once again! It's been since February of this year, so we're anxious to slam that shit again - and hard. You will also get to check out a 30-minute video interview that we did yesterday before practice . . . from fan questions that were sent in by readers like you. So thanks to all who sent some in. We couldn't get to them all - but did our best. Also more on the Poser Roast 23 show which should prove to be one hell of a brutal weekend of metal! Plus Meister gets some ink, and the Meisterisms continue to pour in as fans can't get enough of it. All that plus plenty-o-hotness in the Brutality Report XXX this week, so get out something cold to drink, a towel to mop up your spunk, and let's get this fucker going!
Posers . . . of course this is your cue to jump out of the nearest window (if you're more than six stories high), and if not, see if you can find something sharp in the house to dig into your own eyes. Maybe it would be easier that way. We'll laugh of course, but at least you won't have to witness such raw brutalness week in and week out.

| MEISTERS GETS SOME NEW INK |

| How about that shit?
Meister (guitar player - Low Twelve) decided it was about time to get
some new ink. So he had an idea that he took to Artkore in
downtown Normal Illinois. Tattoo guru, Ricky Sturdevant, did the
work. Some of you may remember that Ricky did a couple for me too
. . . to include the portrait of Tim on my left forearm, and a wicked
Heavycore tat on my right forearm. Ricky is the shit and does
great work. Meister just got this done on Friday, so it was fresh and as you can see - oiled up. So once it heals up good, I'll take another shot so you can see it better. My flash reflected off it and so it's a bit hard to see in the middle. | PETE BEATS INFECTION
BACK Last week, as you know, I was not able to do the Brutality Report due to a medical situation. Some of you may remember back in February, right before Les' final show, I got a bad infection that required me to be hospitalized. Well - this was the same deal, except I got myself to the hospital right away and avoided being admitted. What happens to me every so often, is that I get a boil on my upper legs and it gets infected. Being diabetic, I am more prone to infection, and these fuckers get to the size of tennis balls! Yes - imagine a tennis ball-sized boil on your leg. I mean these bastards hurt like hell and when they're infected, the infection spreads and I get fevers. This time around my fever was 103 when I got to the hospital. Even after the surgery to relieve the pressure, they still hurt like fucking hell and the fever hangs on for a few days. Until Friday - I was mainly stuck to bed and miserable. I couldn't do much of anything. Yesterday I practiced with the band for 3 hours or so, and at the end got pretty sore and had to stop. I will be completely healed up before the 8/2 show, so don't worry about that. Thanks to all the fans to sent me emails, asking about how I was. I appreciate that. |
