So good to see you back in brutality once again my friends . . . I'm here to spread the brutal propaganda, as I do so every week with vigor and never-ending-nastiness! It's been a hectic week at the Low Twelve Command Center as usual - and we're plowing through the writing process for our new CD in the works. We are beyond pumped to unveil some of this shit live. It's going to be wicked as fuck!
So what else is going on here aside from creating lots of new heavy and brutal tunage? Well - we were approached recently by a film producer who is working on a "Jackass like" movie and he wants us to be in it. It sounds like a lot of fun - more details later in the report. I'm also gearing up to do the February edition of the Heavycore Chopping Block Show. I've got some wicked stuff to unleash upon your ears, so this time next week you'll have your computer speakers cranked up and ready to scare the living shit out of your neighbors. All that plus all the pussy a man (or woman) can stand. Are you ready for that shit?
Well . . . posers of this planet should shield themselves from what they're about to see. It's going to be tough to stomach such raw brutality - while you look down at your flaccid junk and wonder what happened. Our shit will be flailing about and scaring the women folk - so go fuck off. The metal freaks out there know what to do - grab something cold to drink or pack a nice warm bowl of something to get you in the mood for METAL MAYHEM!

| As much as I bitch, piss and
of course MOAN about myspace, it's amazing how much communication we get
through our page. I recently was contacted by a guy who produces
movies and he's looking to do something along the lines of the "Jackass"
movies . . . and mix it with some brutalness (that's where we come in).
So - he's checking out some venues to do the shoot. What he has in mind is having us play in the middle of a skating rink with metal freaks skating around us, moshing, and basically beating the crap out of each other at high speeds. Sounds like a blast! Once he finds a location for it, we'll have our lawyer check out the contract to be sure we are not liable if someone dies or is seriously hurt. He's already assured me that he has everyone sign a legit release form so neither he nor Low Twelve will be sued. We'll check it out close - but we're very excited to do it if it does actually happen. We'll keep you fuckers updated on this one. |

| LOW TWELVE CONTINUES
WRITING We have been hammering out the writing sessions here lately and have "Bodies in My Pocket" done and in the list of "completed" songs for the upcoming "Blackened Spiral Down" CD. The next one up and already in the works is "Scourge" and so far it's turning out awesome. Wes had some great ideas for drum beats that didn't work out for "Bodies in My Pocket" and so we decided to start out the next song with his ideas and then blend them into the riffs and melodies I had written for Scourge. It's worked extremely well and the song just rips so far! So here's the list of songs completed for the new CD: Dying Room After "Scourge" is completed - then we'll only have two more to go. I've got ideas working and research still underway for the last two. The working titles for these songs are "Hand of the Dying" which will be about a soldier fighting to stay alive in a combat hospital, and "Splatter Pattern" which will be about how serial killers leave their mark with various crime scene investigators. We're very excited about the new material and anxious to play some live. We do have the newest stuff worked into our set lists - so be on the lookout for hearing some new shit live! |
